About Joseph Dalby

Joseph Dalby BL is a practising barrister, qualified drone pilot and a director of Flightpath Consulting. Flightpath was set up to meet the growing need for key regulatory and commercial assistance on the use of drones for a variety of civil and commercial applications. It is involved in a number of start-up projects in which data protection and privacy issues are just as much prevalent as concerns about aviation, IP protection and safety. As a barrister he practices from the Law Library, Dublin and 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square, London. He specialises in commercial, public and European law.
