About Fergal Crehan

Fergal Crehan is a barrister with a particular interest and expertise in Privacy and Data Protection Law. He is Managing Director at privacy consultants The Hit Team. He was counsel for DRI in the landmark DRI v Ireland case in the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in Schrems v the Data Protection Commissioner, in which DRI became the first NGO to be admitted as amicus curiae by the Irish courts.
